Add a New System to the Comparison
In order to add a new system to the comparison, follow the following steps:
Commit to become the "champion" of your system and agree to be added to the comparison's maintainers' distribution list, and maintain it into the future. In order to be a champion for the system, you have to be experienced with it to a substantial amount.
Checkout the sources for the site using Subversion.
Edit the file src/comparison/scm-comparison.xml using a decent text editor. By decent, I don't mean Notepad, Pico or Nano. Also please avoid XML editors, unless you're sure they can be used to manipulate the text directly. Make sure the patch is well-formed and follows the conventions in the rest of the XML file.
Run the command "hg diff" on the working copy and send me its output. By sending it, you agree to license your modifications under the Creative Commons Public Domain. If your patch is bad in some regards it will be sent back for corrections.
Make sure to send the email from an email address where you'd like to receive further notifications for updating of the comparison, or queries about it, or else specify this email in your message.
Thanks for taking the time for contributing!
